Kent Williams, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Kent Williams, 47, is the Chief Executive Officer of United Paycheck, the leading global affiliate marketing and online advertising company. Under his direction, United Paycheck, has achieved status as a world-class company with the best corporate and divisional management in the online advertising and marketing industry.

Mr. Kent entered the advertising business in 1997, joining Worldwide Advertising Inc. as an executive vice president. He was responsible for growing this division into the largest operating group, comprised of companies in a wide array of disciplines ranging from advertising, public relations to branding. He has championed the company's investment in the recruitment and development of talent through several key programs. He was the major growth catalyst for the company during his tenure as vice president.

He has received numerous accolades, including the Gold Medal Award from the Catholic Youth Organization and several Medal of Honor, for his many philanthropic contributions to the community. He has the vision of building United Paycheck as the world's largest performance-based online advertising and marketing company.


Eric Barnes, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As United Paycheck Inc's chief operating officer, Eric Barnes is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of United Paycheck's worldwide sales, marketing, and services organization. In addition to driving sales and marketing programs, Barnes manages the online advertising organization and corporate support organizations, including customer support services, branding, public relations.

Prior to United Paycheck, Barnes worked nearly 12 years at Harry Rosen Inc, where he started as a cashier while going to college. Upon graduating from college he held various leadership positions within Harry Rosen Inc. Before this role, Barnes worked for 7 years in Harry Rosen Inc's IT department, where he reached the level of executive vice president and chief information officer, overseeing all information systems and IT operations for the company.

Barnes graduated in 1997 from Western University, Ontario, Canada, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management where he was also the Distinguished Alumnus.


Jeff Wong, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As chief technology officer, Jeff Wong is responsible for shaping United Paycheck's long-term technology vision and driving innovation across the company. He oversees the company's advanced advertising technology lab and experience design team, leveraging their talent and expertise to identify and pursue new research and technology initiatives.

Prior to being named CTO in United Paycheck, Mr. Wong served as senior vice president and chief software architect for Macromedia in 2003. Mr. Wong worked for General Magic, where he pioneered a navigational user interface for handheld communicators.

Mr. Wong studied interactive computer graphics at the University of Illinois, working with artists and engineers in the Electronic Visualization Laboratory.


Vic Patel, Corporate Manager - Marketing

Vic Patel is the Chief Marketing Officer of the United Paycheck Prior to joining United Paycheck, he was the General Manager, Marketing and Sales at Digital Ad Works Inc. He was responsible for transforming the company into a solutions and integrated customer communications-based business. He was directly responsible for the organization's global solution strategy, marketing, sales, integrated portfolio development as well as data-analytics and multi-channel communications.

Mr. Patel is recognized as a thought leader in the area of Precision Marketing -- a practice using data-driven insights to create highly targeted and relevant marketing approaches to drive improvements in revenue, response and ROI. Mr. Patel has led the generation of multiple proof points -- across industries, geographies and applications -- to publish real-world Precision Marketing metrics which showcase double to triple digit returns.

Prior to Digital Ad Works Inc, Mr. Patel spent 11 years creating and executing marketing and business development initiatives worldwide for blue chip corporations as well as setting up his own private marketing practice.

Mr. Patel earned his MBA from University of Western Ontario and has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario.
