Member Agreement
These are the terms and conditions you (member of the
www.unitedpaycheck.com) must agree prior to using our services.
- • You declare that you are at least 18 years old and hereby agree that you have
requested information about www.unitedpaycheck.com, an online affiliate marketing
company at your own will.
- • You hereby affirm that no one has solicited or enticed you to register with
www.unitedpaycheck.com against your will and you understand that
www.unitedpaycheck.com is not an investment, franchise or an employment opportunity.
- • You affirm that you are not reading any of the www.unitedpaycheck.com website
pages in order to reproduce this information for someone else.
- • You affirm that all the information of the company is proprietary and confidential
and you will not reveal said information to anyone else.
- • You affirm that there is no guarantee given to you by any individual or the
Company, that you will achieve any particular level of earnings.
- • You hereby affirm that your registration as a www.unitedpaycheck.com member
is an act of your own volition and you have not been forced by anyone to do this.
- • You do understand that sending "spam" (unsolicited email) to promote
www.unitedpaycheck.com is not allowed and you will abide by this.
- • The company reserves the right to pay you in an e-currency that was not used by
you at the time of purchasing the 'Ad-port(s)'.
- • You understand that there is no guarantee that the service will be available at
any particular times or that it will satisfy any particular expectations of members. The
owners and managers of www.unitedpaycheck.com cannot be held responsible in
respect of any failure or degradation of service.
- • The likelihood that you will receive all the payments owing to you under the
working incentive and advertisement revenue will entirely depend on the financial
health of the company.
- • You understand that you may be referred to the Legal department for action if
you are found doing any action in violation of company policy. The Legal department has
the discretion to close your accounts for wrong doing.
- • You understand that any member may terminate his or her membership at any
time. Once a membership has been terminated, it cannot be restored under any
circumstance.
- • The working incentive given to an affiliate and the advertisement revenue given
to a publisher or an entrepreneur; completely or wholly depends on the advertising
revenue of the company. Under no circumstances www.unitedpaycheck.com will be held
liable to release fixed income to its members (affiliate, publisher and entrepreneur).
- • This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material
includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics.
Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which
forms part of these terms and conditions.
- • You also understand that if you choose to discontinue your membership, you will
irrevocably lose all of your referrals and benefits. You will permanently lose all future
benefits from www.unitedpaycheck.com, including the right to receive any refunds.
- • The company reserves full right to modify its business plan and may take a
different approach when paying for the working incentive as well as the advertisement
revenue.
- • You understand that the www.unitedpaycheck.com management or executive
departments may ignore any unnecessary emails sent to them. If a question is already
answered on the www.unitedpaycheck.com website you should not send unnecessary
emails. You should read the entire www.unitedpaycheck.com website comprehensibly.
- • You understand that the www.unitedpaycheck.com management may change any
aspect of the existing program (except the privacy policy) at any time without any prior
notice.
- • You understand that the www.unitedpaycheck.com affiliate program, website,
members, affiliates or contractors may not be abused in any way. Any member who
abuses any entity related to www.unitedpaycheck.com will be removed and banned from
the network.
- • All decisions made by the www.unitedpaycheck.com management are final and
not subject to recourse.
- • You agree that all payments to www.unitedpaycheck.com are final and that
www.unitedpaycheck.com has a 'no-refund policy', except in some extra ordinary cases
or instances where the company expressly allows refunds.
- • It is your responsibility to make sure that the payment system you choose and
the account user IDs are accurate. www.unitedpaycheck.com will not be responsible for
any missed payments due to inaccurate information or the upkeep of your payment
system accounts.
- • From time to time, this website may also include links to other websites. These
links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not
signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the
linked website(s).
- • The company reserves the rights to add, change or amend any of these terms
and conditions without prior notice.
- • It is your responsibility to check your payment system accounts to be sure you
actually received all payments that you should have received.
- • You understand and agree to the fact that individual www.unitedpaycheck.com
members are not responsible for the performance of www.unitedpaycheck.com affiliate
network or any other programs or services offered by the Company.
- • Individual www.unitedpaycheck.com members, including those who introduce,
sponsor, or refer other members, incur no liabilities or obligations in respect of
www.unitedpaycheck.com's financial decisions and directions and any other programs or
services introduced by the company.
- • From time to time we will upgrade our systems and www.unitedpaycheck.com
will not be held liable for any loss incurred due to the down time or system failure.
Infringement Policy
www.unitedpaycheck.com prohibits its members from engaging in any form of infringement.
Directly engaging in Copyright or Trademark infringement violates our user agreement and will
not be acceptable under any circumstances. If you feel as though your Intellectual Property has
been infringed upon, please submit one of the following claims via email to
support@unitedpaycheck.com so that we may assist you further.
Trademark
A Trademark (™) is a name, word or symbol that is used to identify a product or service to distinguish itself from other entities. Trademark will also encompass service marks which refer to a service as opposed to a product. Government institutions issue Trademarks to individuals, organizations and entities to protect against unlawful profiteering on a mark that does not belong to the accused party.

Online Spam Policy
www.unitedpaycheck.com strictly prohibits its members from using spam and other forms of
Internet abuse to seek referrals. Spam is defined as including, but not limited to, the following:
- • Electronic mail messages addressed to a recipient with whom the initiator does not have an existing business or personal relationship or is not sent at the request of, or with the express consent of, the recipient;
- • "Unsolicited commercial email" (UCE), while regarded as legal in some jurisdictions, is regarded as spam by most Internet service providers (ISPs);
- • Messages posted to forums that are unrelated to the topic of discussion, cross-posted to unrelated newsgroups, or posted in excessive volume, or in violation of the forum rules;
- • Inappropriate solicitations posted to chat rooms, or to groups or individuals via Internet Relay Chat or "Instant Messaging" system;
United Paycheck may undertake, at the sole discretion of its management team and with or without prior notice, the following enforcement actions:
Account Termination: Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, United Paycheck may immediately terminate the membership of the individual implicated in the abuse. Termination results in the immediate closure of the account, the loss of all referrals, and a prohibition against any future membership.
Account Suspension: Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, United Paycheck may immediately suspend the membership of the individual implicated in the abuse. Suspension is intended to prevent the abuser from benefitting from their abusive activities by prohibiting the offender from registering referrals. After a thorough investigation, if the spamming incident is verified, but does not rise to the level of a terminable offense, United Paycheck may lift the suspension.

Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs the usage of United Paychecks' Products and Services. This Policy applies to each Subscriber and its employees, agents, contractors, resellers, or other users of such Subscriber who obtain Products and Services from United Paycheck (each such person being a "User").
Users Policy Requirement (Inappropriate Actions)
- • Users must meet the minimum basic requirements listed below in order to qualify to use United Paycheck:
- • No unsolicited commercial email. We do not permit spam or forced opt-in when using United Paycheck code;
- • No racial, ethnic, political, hate-mongering, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, or otherwise bjectionable content;
- • No software pirating (e.g., Warez) or hacking;
- • Using United Paycheck URLs in emails is prohibited;
- • Compliance with the rules, regulations, and laws of each applicable country and/or province where Subscriber and/or Subscriber´s publishers conduct business is required;
- • Compliance with United Paycheck terms of Legal Agreements;
- • Using United Paycheck to restrict, inhibit, or otherwise interfere with the ability of any other person, regardless of intent, purpose or knowledge, to use or enjoy United Paycheck, including, without limitation, posting or transmitting any information or software which contains a worm, virus, or other harmful feature, or generating levels of traffic sufficient to impede others' ability to send or retrieve information;
- • Using United Paycheck to restrict, inhibit, interfere with, or otherwise disrupt or cause a performance degradation, regardless of intent, purpose or knowledge, to United Paycheck, or otherwise cause a performance degradation to any facilities, equipment or networks used to deliver United Paycheck;
- • Using United Paycheck to post any content that holds United Paycheck its affiliates and parent company, and their employees or shareholders up to public scorn or ridicule or would in any way damage or impair their reputation or goodwill;
- • Assigning, reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise making United Paycheck available to third parties for their own use, except as expressly permitted by the terms of a customer's agreement with United Paycheck
- • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to learn the source code to United Paycheck;
- • Bundling United Paycheck as part of a customer's own product offering, without the express prior written consent of United Paychek;
- • Selling, leasing, renting, or otherwise making available data learned through United Paycheck in any form (printed, electronically relayed, posted to public list services or bulletin boards, or magnetically stored) to, or for the benefit, of any third party for any reason other than to assist the customer in its normal business activities;
Activities which adversely affect the ability of other people or systems to use United Paycheck or the Internet (including without limitation "denial of service" attacks against United Paycheck servers, network hosts or individual users;
- • Using United Paycheck to violate any third-party rights throughout the world, whether existing under statute or at common law or equity, now or hereafter in force or recognized, including: (a) copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks and service marks, patents, inventions, designs, logos and trade dress, "moral rights," mask works, publicity rights, and privacy rights; and (b) any application or right to apply for any of the rights referred to in clause (a), and all renewals, extensions and restorations.
This is intended to be an illustrative, and not exhaustive, list of User Requirements and Inappropriate Actions. The examples identified in this list are in addition to the content identified in the agreement between United Paycheck and its customer pursuant to whose agreement you are given the right to access United Paycheck and are provided solely for your guidance. Reservation of Rights
United Paycheck reserves the right to cooperate with appropriate legal authorities in investigations of claims of illegal activity involving United Paycheck, and users. We reserve all other rights to respond to violations of this Policy to the extent of applicable law and in accordance with any applicable contractual obligations. We may utilize technical means to monitor communications and otherwise to enforce this Policy and each user agrees that we are authorized to monitor its communications for such purposes.
Remedy
A violation of, or an alleged violation of any of the above policies, may result in immediate termination of User, in our sole discretion without liability to United Paycheck.
